The outer shell and grass insert components required close collaboration with suppliers, using combinations of techniques and materials that had never been used before, resulting in an end product that achieved the desired response when opened...“Oooh!" and "WOW!”
Official opening of Festivale 2017 - a great success.
Many of the Walker Designs team were in attendance at the official Festivale launch party, alongside a myriad of corporate sponsors, government officials, and special guests. The crowd was welcomed in Launceston's beautiful City Park, the perfect backdrop to celebrate the iconic event's success over the past 29 years. With a glass of wine in hand, guests chatted the night away and were all proud to be part of the official opening of Festivale's 30th installment.
