#  Thank You for a Successful 2013: Walker Designs Steps onto the National Stage 

Our marvellous clients have given us the opportunity to achieve some incredible award wins this year, as we celebrate our continued local success and actively expand onto national platforms.

   We’ve had great success over the years with awards on a state level, and have recently decided to ramp it up and target national platforms. As a result, we had a significantly scaled-down presence at the 2013 Tasmania PICA awards – yet still managed to pick up a Gold and two Silver awards!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 ### **2013 Tasmania PICA Awards**

- **Gold Award:** Brochure for the Launceston Cataract Challenge (which will now go on to the National Print Awards)
- **Silver Awards:** Two silver awards picked up across our entries

 

 

 

### **Australian Web Awards**

As part of our national assault, we entered the Australian Web Awards for the very first time. Excitingly, we won the Tasmanian awards and were named as National finalists for:

- **Bondi Chai** – National Finalist (Commercial Category)
- **Tornadoes** – National Finalist (Not for Profit Category)
