In primary school, I told everyone that when I grew up I wanted to be a graphic designer working in a top agency. I'm not even sure that I knew what that was at the time.

But it seems that kids know a lot because here I am living that life and loving the sights and sounds of a busy and productive agency. Nothing beats the smell of print straight off the press.

I'm living the life I dreamt of, working with great clients every day from an amazing, diverse range of industries.

Being both a designer and developer (and everything else in between) I like to ensure every task is thoroughly conceived and carried out from the start of a project to the final 'go-live' and beyond.

Adding some 'wow' to every job is a necessity, by using my dual skill sets of creativity and innovation I want both my clients and end-users to be surprised and amazed on a daily basis.

With over 15 years of web programming and development experience, Mathew loves nothing more than sinking his teeth into a good coding project or solving a high-end database/interface integration challenge. When we say love ... we really mean it too!
 

When Mathew's not immersed in code at Walkers, he loves (maybe slightly more than coding) spending time with his wife and two boys in the outdoors. Mat enjoys shack time, mountain bike riding, and trying to catch a big one!

A passionate designer originally from the north-west coast of Tassie, Isaac joined the Walker Designs team at the start of 2024. Beginning his graphic design career in 2018, he has continued to refine his skills in developing creative solutions for clients through campaign development, brand design, and strategy.

In 2025, Isaac completed his Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing at UTAS. Now in a brand marketing and management role, he combines his marketing expertise with his design background to deliver holistic communications strategies that balance creativity with strategic insight.

Casey brings over a decade of in-house design expertise to the team, having joined on March 31, 2025. With a specialty in print design, she has a wide-ranging portfolio that includes everything from booklets, posters, and flyers to packaging and illustration. Outside of work, Casey continues to explore her creative side through her hobbies of pottery and patisserie baking.

I marry stories with sales… blending the finest tradition of journalism with the profound insight of SEO and the subtlety of design thinking into compelling and engaging brand content.

I cut my teeth writing content, columns and ghostwriting. With over 8yrs in the digital media realm, I have gained an expansive knowledge of content marketing strategies.

I arrived in Melbourne from Sri Lanka in 2016. In 2021, we (my hubby & I) made one of the best decisions so far… moving to Tasmania. I’m currently completing my master’s in information technology. Having a genuine passion for technology and knowing how tech innovations can move the needle, I use my skills to support businesses to build and improve their online presence and dominate search results.

My curiosity runs free which enriches my life and equips me with new, diverse skills and experiences for which I am always grateful.
